Montana – National Bison Range

The National Bison Range(NBR) is a national wildlife refuge in western Montana, not too far from Glacier national park.

I was in Missoula Montana for work and had most of a day to kill before the rest of my crew(Muscle Werks) arrived. I picked up a rental car at the airport and started driving. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to make it all the way to Glacier national park but was determined to spend some time in nature and was NOT going to leave Montana without seeing a buffalo in its natural habitat!

It was better than I expected and I expected it to be pretty cool! 😀 Not only did I see Bison(calves as well), I was also able to see, deer, elk, coyote, several types of birds and even a rattle snake!!!!
